I only write reviews if I am EXTREMELY happy with the service I am provided and Krys has ABSOLUTELY blown me away! I am from Ohio where the housing market is quite different. I had been having trouble finding a home to rent here in Houston so I began working with a realtor with no luck. I met Krys a few months back and she kept in touch with me. Krys reached out to me and within 24 hours of working with her she provided me with more support and value than my previous realtor provided in 2-3 weeks.

The level of care and attention she shows is unmatched. She took the time to do a thorough consultation with me to truly understand my needs and wants before going out to view homes, she then sent me resources to help me make a more informed decision. Once we finished she got the ball rolling ASAP. She helped me find matches that fit my criteria and made sure she got in touch with each property manager immediately! This woman is so efficient! She would tell me that she would reach out to someone that day and would get back to me with a response within a few hours (sometimes minutes).

She made me feel like I was a priority even though I was renting and not buying (In my experience realtors prefer to work with buyers over renters because it pays more and their attitudes/ level of commitment clearly shows it). I appreciate Krys because I did not feel like I was a burden or an afterthought; my needs were just as important to her as the needs of any one of her other clients.

I have a home out of state which I am interested in selling, and although she can’t be my realtor in that case she still took the time to send me some resources to help me.

Because of my experience with Krys I will most likely be finding a Keller Williams realtor to help me sell that home.

I am positioning myself to purchase a Home in Houston within the next two years and when I do Krys Green will be my realtor.
