Susan was born and raised in the rural Burton area of Washington County on a small cattle ranch and is a graduate of Burton High School, Blinn College, and Texas A&M University. Susan grew up in the country and in the construction business with a contractor/father and spent many weekends and summers doing all kinds of work, from roofing to painting, fixing fence and feeding cattle. After college, she worked two years at UT- Austin then returned to Washington County and learned to build cabinets. For the next five years, she designed, built and installed custom cabinetry. She obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2006, and her Broker's license in 2010. Susan bought the company in January 2022 from Roger Chambers.

As a talented real estate salesperson, Texas native Ashton Jozwiak combines her passion for helping people with a love of the state's boundless beauty. After college, Ashton worked as an event coordinator for the Texas Deer Association, where she formed her keen attention to detail and elite client service skills. In her free time, Ashton loves to travel while making memories with family and friends.

Melanie Holton is the Broker-Owner of CENTURY 21 Holton Realty. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston in 1994. She worked as a paralegal at one of the top international law firms in downtown Houston for 10 years before obtaining her real estate sales associate license in 2004. In 2004, she joined an independent real estate company where she remained the top producer for several years. She furthered her education by securing her broker license in 2011 so that she could focus her attention on operating a real estate company and a property management company. In 2012, she purchased the independent real estate company and made it her own by moving the office to a supreme location, implementing progress, and setting the stage for further improvements. In October 2014, she became an affiliate of the CENTURY 21® System and is proud to call her company CENTURY 21 Holton Realty. She strives to be the best in the industry and works hard every day to further her education and experience. She currently serves as President of Texas Coastal CattleWomen.

Mary is a native of northern Wisconsin, moving to the Houston area in 1982. Acquiring her Texas real estate license in 2002; broker's license in 2009; she is a lifelong learner on the subjects of real estate, business, and self. During her free time, Mary enjoys being with her Aggie-son and family; working her cutting horses, cattle, and border collies and getting her hands dirty in the family garden. Mary is married to broker-husband, Tom; they reside on their Washington County, Texas farm and escape to their Houston home just to get away from it all!
